Ted Little

Of the 35 Senate districts in the state of Alabama, Sen. Little's District 27 (Lee, Russell and Tallapoosa counties) now has more miles of four-lane highway than any other Senate district in the state.

During his time in office, Sen. Little has made the four-laning of U.S. 280 between Birmingham and Phenix City and the four-laning of U.S. 431 between Phenix City and Eufaula a top priority.

In the last three and a half years, Sen. Little has helped secure appropriations to build 53 new bridges in his three-county senatorial district. During this period, the state has invested nearly $180 million in bridge and road improvements.
